Shipping, Payment and Returns Policy

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and accepts the below Terms and Conditions in full.

Payment Options

When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.

We currently only accept online payment by PAYPAL. If you wish to pay by electronic funds transfer or personal cheque please order via email at . The confirmation email will advise payment details. Please note that when payment is by personal cheque the order will not be commenced until the cheque is received and the funds have cleared. Please do not send cash.

All orders must be paid for at time of purchase.

Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.All costs associated with dishonoured cheques or credit card transactions are borne by the purchaser.

Shipping Terms

All postage within Australia is by Australia Post standard postage (except orders over $100 which will be sent via Registered Post). Express postage is available at an additional cost. All postage quoted is for delivery to Australian domestic addresses.

Should you require Express Post or would prefer your items to be sent by Australia Post Registered Mail additional charges will apply (for orders under $100) - please email . For large orders we may elect to utilise an alternative carrier. If this happens you will be advised.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within three working days of receipt of payment. For larger orders or orders personalized with names, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shorter delivery schedules may be negotiated – contact Bits & Bags at with your requirements.

Due to factors beyond our control there can, at times, be delays for which we cannot take responsibility. We will, however, try to keep you informed at all times as to the progress of your order.

The deposit of goods with our nominated carrier for shipment constitutes supply for the purposes of this agreement, and, as a consequence, all risk associated with the loss of, or damage to, goods in transit rests with the purchaser. Similarly, the costs of, and sole responsibility for, transit insurance rests with the purchaser.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the Product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. Items cannot be exchanged for any other reason.

General

You are not permitted to re-sell Bits & Bags products to a third party without prior written consent from Bits & Bags.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bits & Bags and associated companies, and all officers and agents, from any liabilities that may arise from activities associated with the supply, or failure to supply, goods or services.
